I had a really good stay for a short visit. The location was favorable, close to the outlet, many nearby shopping areas, and Innsbrook. Plus, it was near several good quality restaurants.

Clean hotel, and the stuff were really helpful and knowledgeable, location was magnificent to the Richmond area. The room was pet-friendly with a kitchen when upgraded.

Their staff were very rude.

This place is in a great spot, surrounded by lots of restaurants and a shopping center, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping without having to travel far.

The location was convenient and excellent, within walking distance to everything we wanted to go. Easily reached Pho Saigon, just a short stroll away from the hotel, to have lunch/dinner. The room with a kitchen was perfect.

Our room here was sparkling new and super clean, featuring a comfy double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and all the essentials like bed sheets, and more! 🌟

I recently stayed at Extended Stay in Glen Allen for a quick resting stop during a road trip from Maine to Florida and back. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even if they couldn't execute everything. The room I booked was spacious enough for my family of 7, and it had all the necessary amenities, including extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. The staff even allowed us to have a later check-out time to accommodate our schedule. The wifi connection was also free and reliable.
